Estimates:
Estimates given via photographs are subject to change more then the following: Estimates are based upon our inspection and does not necessarily cover additional parts and labor which may be required after the work has begun due to unforeseen problems, damages, or complications not evident in the initial inspection. Your signature on an estimate form will authorize Kristin Ottesen Upholstery to provide only documented serves to include plus or minus 20% of the estimated cost. If the cost of the work changes more than 20% we will contact you for authorization to continue. All work requires at least 50% deposit before materials are ordered and work commences. All finished work or estimated work must have a deposit or be picked up within 7 days or it will accrue $5.00 a day storage fees and maybe disposed of after 30 day unless other arrangements are made. Estimates given are only good for 90 days in the given year. If upon a dispute were client is at fault will assume liability for all legal fees.

Payments:
All work requires at least a 50% deposit before materials are ordered and work commences. Payment can be made by cash, check or PayPal (VISA, Mastercard, or Discover). Please see estimate for more information.

In Home Estimates:
Only available after a rough estimate has been given. Rate will depend on distance and time in home.

Custom Fitting:
If item is not available for fitting no guarantee for fitting, may allow one alteration if possible. If item requires multiple fitting to guarantee custom fit; the going mile rate plus $50.00 an hour for travel time.

Leather and Vinyl Repair:
Leather and vinyl repair is not guaranteed due to unknown contaminates that could cause failure of the repair. In case of failure up to 50% of repair estimate could be refunded toward a replacement of initial damage area.

Samples:
Samples are available to checkout for one week.

COM:
Customer's Own Material is $25.00 per yard if you would like to provide your own.
